- Seek support from others. It can help to reach out to family, friends, or a support group, especially if you're feeling lonely or worried about how your symptoms are affecting you.
- Consider other treatments. There are many different treatments available for mental health issues, including medication, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other alternative treatments. It may help to explore what works best for you.
It’s important to remember that it can sometimes take time to find the right treatment and that it’s normal to experience some ups and downs during the recovery process.
