What does a treatment look like

TREATMENT AT BRAINARTS CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING PHASES
Application Intake interview Treatment Plan Final interview

After your application we will call you within two working days to go through it and to schedule a follow-up appointment. If at that time we think that another organization is better suited to your needs, we will let you know immediately.

We then schedule the intake interview. This intake interview is always by telephone. During this intake we discuss your request for help and other important things about you. And how we can help you. 

After the intake we will draw up a treatment plan based on this with all your wishes and preferences. This will be discussed during the next treatment together and presented to you for approval.

Number of treatments

The number of treatments depends on your complaints and needs and also on how fast you are progressing. After a number of treatments an evaluation will follow. Here we discuss your progress and together we go over whether the treatment plan is sufficient or perhaps needs some adjustments. As soon as you are satisfied we will continue with the remaining treatments. 

When the treatment is almost over, there is a final interview. During this conversation we discuss how we helped you and what else you may need. We conclude this meeting with a ROM questionnaire to measure the results of our treatment. Because we would like to learn from your insights, experiences and acquired knowledge, we will send you a satisfaction survey afterwards. And we invite you to leave a rating on Zorgkaart Nederland, so you can help other people with your experiences with us.
