Complaint Resolution
Sometimes a situation arises where both parties have done their best. But one of the parties is not satisfied with it. In such a case, of course, it is very helpful to know what you can do and what steps you can take.
We hope that if you are dissatisfied, make this known during the treatment. Then we can immediately find a solution together. Should you be dissatisfied with our services for any reason after the treatment. Then we still appreciate it if you make this known to us, so we can see if we can find a solution together. We are affiliated with the Foundation Complaint.com. It implements both regulations on behalf of natural Care Providers who provide care professionally or Care Providers. These regulations meet the requirements pursuant to the Wkkgz (Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act). The complete regulations can be found at here.
Professional code
BrainArts adheres to the professional code of the Dutch Institute of Psychology, the NIP. You can find this code of conduct here. Our basic principles are that we conduct ourselves with responsibility, integrity, respect and competence at all times.
