Non-contracted care<\/strong>\n
\n <\/h5>\n

We do not work with contracts with health insurance companies. This means that you have to declare a treatment session to your health insurance company. Of course you will receive an invoice from us after each session which you can submit to your health insurance company.<\/p>\n

Fees<\/h5>\n

The reimbursement with a restitution policy is 100% (only for people who already had a restitution policy in 2024) , with a naturapolis or combination policy the reimbursement is usually between 70 and 90 percent per session, this depends\n on the policy and health insurer.  <\/strong>\n

A full listing of fees can be found at\n www.contractvrijepsycholoog.nl<\/a>. Some health insurers use their own \"market-based\" rates, which are a few percent lower than the NZA rate. <\/p>\n

You can always contact your insurer to inquire about the amount of reimbursement.<\/p>\n

Own risk<\/h5>\n

If your deductible has not yet been fully used, it will first be addressed by the insurer before reimbursement takes place. This applies to all policies. For both contracted and non-contracted care.\n care.<\/p>\n

Reference<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Our care is only reimbursed if there is a referral from a physician, they can refer directly to us via ZorgDomein. We recommend arranging this in good time. <\/p>\n

Our rates are based on the NZA's healthcare performance model (\n https:\/\/zorgprestatiemodel.nza.nl\/<\/a>)<\/p>\n

Care without reimbursement<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A number of treatments are not covered by health insurance companies, these are also called other care products. We do treat these in our practice, but we use the hourly rate for self-paying clients,\n namely 100 euros per 45 minutes.<\/p>\n

Away rate<\/strong><\/h5>\n

If an appointment is not cancelled 24 hours in advance we will charge a stay-away fee of 50 euros<\/strong>. This amount cannot be claimed from a health insurance company. \n
